Jims Mowing franchisee, John Royal had just secured an important and lucrative Government contract that he fought hard to win from a major competitor. The client was impressed by John’s professionalism and willingness to provide reliable and timely service – i.e.… do what he said he would do and turn up on time.
John was able to provide the level of service required as he had a Toro ride on mower. Unfortunately it broke down irreparably on a Friday afternoon and John was scheduled to visit the Government contract on Monday.
John contact Ezy Rental at 4:40 pm on Friday afternoon and had a new Toro ride on Mower at 9:30am on Monday morning.
